Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide in collaboration with trusted carriers including GLS, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Shipping options:

  • Delivery to parcel shops (where available)
  • Home delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–8 business days (shipped from our Houston warehouse)
  • European Union: 2–5 business days (shipped from Denmark)
  • Rest of the world: 3–8 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local warehouse time) are typically dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated delivery time will be stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Delivery dates are estimates
  • We will notify you in case of significant delays

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from a parcel shop and is returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct a fee equivalent to €25 / $25 (or local equivalent) from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs

If you wish to have the package re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
