Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Try It at Home

At Scanovus, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through our official website.

You can try the product at home, and if you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • All parts must be included
  • The product must be returned in good condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

If the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged, we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% from the refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending the product back.

Please include:

  • Your order number (e.g. SCO-XXXXX)
  • A brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions based on your location.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed correctly, the following requirements must be met:

  • The return must be approved by us before shipping
  • The package must be shipped with a trackable shipping method
  • The tracking number must be sent to us after the return has been shipped

Important:

  • We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address
  • Refunds can only be processed once the return has been received or a valid tracking number has been provided

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or import fees related to the return are also the responsibility of the customer

We only accept returns with a trackable shipping method.

Return Addresses

Returns must be sent to the correct warehouse based on your location:

  • United States, Canada, Mexico: Returned to our warehouse in Houston, USA
  • All other countries: Returned to our warehouse in Denmark

The correct return address will be provided after contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (often faster)

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from a parcel shop and is returned to us:

  • We reserve the right to deduct €15 / $15 (or local equivalent) from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs

If you wish to have the package re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

Promotional Items & Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift or promotional item:

  • All items must be returned to receive a full refund
  • If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund

Orders from Retailers

If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer, the return must be handled directly with that retailer.

Warranty & Claims

All products undergo strict quality control. However, if you experience an issue, we’re here to help.

Your product is covered under warranty in accordance with applicable consumer laws and covers defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear

Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution
  • We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and provide documentation, including delivery confirmation and communication history
