At Scanovus, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products.
This means you can try the product at home. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

You will automatically receive an order confirmation via email after your purchase.
If you have not received it:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off time (1 PM local time) are typically shipped the same day
- During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be longer

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- United States: 2–8 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, you must contact us first.
Email: contact@scanovus.com
Subject: “Return” and your order number
You will then receive the correct return instructions and return address based on your location.
To complete your return, you must:
- Provide your order number
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Send us the tracking number after shipping
Important:
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
- We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All parts must be included
If these conditions are not met, it may affect your refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and approved your return:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 business days (often faster)
If you need faster processing, feel free to contact us.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, it will be treated as a return.
In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct €25 / $25 (or local equivalent) from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
If you would like the package to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

HOLIDAY RETURNS
During holiday periods (e.g. Christmas), we may offer extended return periods.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
All our products go through strict quality control. However, if you experience an issue, we are here to help.
Please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video
We will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can usually cancel it.
If it has already been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
RETURN WITH FREE GIFTS
If your order included a free gift:
- The free gift must be returned together with the order
- If it is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from multiple warehouses depending on your location:
- United States, Canada and Mexico: shipped from our warehouse in Houston, USA
- European Union and rest of the world: shipped from our warehouse in Denmark
This allows us to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
