We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 3–6 months, depending on how often you use your Scanovus Flow™.

How do I know when the filter needs to be replaced?

You will often notice that the suction power decreases slightly. When this happens, it is usually time to replace the filter so your Scanovus Flow™ can perform optimally again.

Is the filter easy to replace?

Yes, the filter is very easy to replace. Simply twist off the top of the dust container on your Scanovus Flow™ and replace the black filter. You can also see it step by step in our video guide under “Product guides” on the website.

Can the HEPA filter be washed?

We do not recommend washing the HEPA filter. To maintain the best possible filtration and suction power, we recommend replacing the filter with a new one when it becomes worn or clogged.

Does the filter fit other vacuum cleaners?

No, the filter is developed specifically for Scanovus Flow™ and may therefore not fit other vacuum cleaners.

Why is it important to replace the filter?

A clean filter helps maintain powerful suction and ensures that the vacuum cleaner works efficiently in everyday use. If the filter becomes too full of dust and dirt, it can affect both suction power and airflow.
