30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Scanovus, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This gives you the opportunity to try the product at home and return it if you are not completely satisfied. Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund 100% of the purchase price, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we make it easy to shop with us.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive this email with a confirmation of your order, please check your spam folder. The lack of order confirmation may also be due to an incorrect email address when placing the order. Based on the above possibilities, even if you have not received an order confirmation, the order may still have gone through correctly. Therefore, we recommend contacting us by email or phone before placing a new order, to avoid double billing.
WHEN DO WE SHIP THE ORDER?
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. For deliveries within the EU, you can expect a delivery time of 2–5 business days, and for destinations outside the EU, 3–8 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping activity.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at contact@scanovus.com, and we’ll assist you with the return instructions.

I REGRET MY PURCHASE - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you regret your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received delivery confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. In this case, you will have to return your order after receipt. If this happens, please contact us at contact@scanovus.com.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
Scanovus will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets our return and cancellation policy conditions.
Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been completed.
PRE-ORDERS
When you place a pre-order with Scanovus, it means the item is not currently in stock but is on its way to our warehouse. By pre-ordering, you secure one of the very first units as soon as the new stock arrives.
The expected delivery date will always be shown on the product page, and we do our utmost to meet that timeframe. However, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur — in such cases, we’ll make sure to keep you informed.
