30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Scanovus, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This gives you the opportunity to try the product at home and return it if you are not completely satisfied. We cover all costs associated with the return and refund 100% of the purchase price as long as the product is returned in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we make it easy and risk-free to shop with us.
MY ORDER MUST BE DELIVERED ABROAD
Our standard delivery is primarily within Denmark, if delivery needs to be made outside the country's borders, please contact us at kontakt@scanovus.com to find a solution.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive this email with a confirmation of your order, please check your spam folder. The lack of order confirmation may also be due to an incorrect email address when placing the order. Based on the above possibilities, even if you have not received an order confirmation, the order may still have gone through correctly. Therefore, we recommend contacting us by email or phone before placing a new order, to avoid double billing.
WHEN DO WE SHIP THE ORDER?
We will send the package your way as soon as possible, and deliver your order within 1-3 working days. If there are special offers or peak seasons, there may be a longer delivery time due to busyness. If the order is to be delivered outside Denmark, there will be a longer delivery time with the order.
RETURN
If you ordered your product after September 1, 2024, you can easily return it via our returns portal, which you can find at the following link: Returns portal .
If your order was placed before September 1, 2024, please contact us by email: kontakt@scanovus.com and we will help you with the return.

I REGRET MY PURCHASE - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you regret your purchase and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received delivery confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. In this case, you will have to return your order after receipt. If this happens, please contact us at kontakt@scanovus.com. You will be able to get your money back and will receive a return label.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
Scanovus will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after receiving the product and confirming that the returned product matches the terms of the product return and cancellation policy. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

DOES MY SHIRT/SWEATER HAVE TO BE WET TO USE THE MACHINE?
For optimal results, the shirt/sweater/trousers should come directly from the washing machine onto our automatic iron. This means you don't have to wait for your clothes to dry before ironing them.
