Terms & Conditions
General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via www.scanovus.com or through official Scanovus sales channels, including pop-up events.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement between you and:

Orders & Order Confirmation
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This serves as your receipt.
Scanovus reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Pricing errors
- Technical issues
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in the relevant local currency and include VAT where applicable.

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna
- MobilePay
No card fees are charged.
For standard orders, payment is captured when the order is shipped.
For pre-orders, payment may be captured earlier and no later than the payment due date, typically within 7–30 days depending on the payment method.
By placing a pre-order, you accept that payment may be captured before shipment.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
Scanovus has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.
Delivery times and shipping conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to external factors such as customs, weather, or carrier issues
If a delivery is significantly delayed, you may contact us for assistance.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- You then have 14 days to return the product
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Key points include:
- Returns must be approved before being sent
- Returns must include tracking
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (international orders)
- Refunds are processed once the return is received or valid tracking is provided
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through our website.

Warranty & Claims
All products are covered by warranty in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
Claims must be submitted with documentation (e.g. photos or video).
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us:
- We reserve the right to deduct a handling and return shipping fee from the refund

Limitation of Liability
Scanovus cannot be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third-party carriers
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the purchased product.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
We may request additional documentation to verify transactions.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us first.
We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and provide documentation including:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication history
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
